The Board Chairman of Planet Governance Advisory Limited which is committed to promoting good corporate governance standards and practices through advocacy, trainings and collaboration with relevant regulatory agencies, Dr Nosike Agokei, led the management team of the company on a courtesy visit to the Headquarters of the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) of Nigeria recently.
. In his opening remarks, Agokei said the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria did its job as though it were in the private sector and did so with a very high level of efficiency.
The Board Chairman further added that, “There is no way that we will remain in this market without building a very good relationship with the FRC. It’s not possible.”
